payd reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes to these terms and conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this website. It is your obligation to periodically check these terms and conditions at the website for changes or updates.

Some pages included in payd’s website may be password-protected. In the interest of safe and secure business transactions, access to these pages is therefore only possible if you have previously registered. You agree, however, that you have no legal claim to a registration.

  • interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the service;

  • compromise or tamper with the security of payd’s or any other person’s software, hardware, systems, networks or services;
  • transmit any computer code which is designed to harm the operation of any software, hardware or network, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs and cancelbots;
  • harvest or collect information about others, including telephone numbers and email addresses, without their consent for any reason;
  • reproduce, replicate, copy, sell or re-sell any of payd’s website content or services;


You may not frame nor use framing technologies to enclose payd’s website or the content nor any part thereof without the express written consent of payd.

2. Interception
Payd may need to intercept and disclose transmissions sent or received through payd’s systems in order to comply with requests from competent authorities and/or courts. In this regard you acknowledge that payd may under the circumstances as prescribed in the laws, regulations or guidelines, be required to intercept, lock, filter, read, delete, disclose and use communications sent or posted via the payd’s systems, and you hereby consent to the undertaking of such activities by payd. Payd cannot be held liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, claims and/or related costs and expenses suffered by you as a result of payd performing any activity referred to in this clause.

The fact that payd’s website has such links must not be construed as constituting any relationship or endorsement of the linked third party, and reliance on all information and content provided by the external link is done so at your own risk.
